The person who built it is gone. It's still running your business.

The developer vanished, the agency folded, nobody has the passwords, and there's no documentation anywhere. It works — until it doesn't, and everyone holds their breath. This is more common than you'd believe, and it's fixable.

A scratchboard drawing of an electrical cabinet standing open on a dense nest of unlabelled wiring, a caged inspection lamp clipped to the open door and lighting the wires, and one blank paper label tied on near the front.

What we do

Stabilize first — recover access, take backups immediately, stop the bleeding if something’s actively broken. Then a System Review documents everything in plain English, so your business is never one person’s memory again — including ours. Then the fix list, in priority order, and a plan that watches it from there.

Proof

The review’s archaeology factor exists because of exactly these cases — systems with no documentation and no builder to ask. We’ve excavated them before.

Over my years working along side Mike, he continues to show that no system is a barrier, whether that be CRM, OMS, ERP, SEO, Commerce platforms, payment gateways, the list goes on.

What it costs

The first conversation is free. Stabilization is quoted flat once we’ve seen what’s there. The System Review is $1,500. Plans start at $750 a month. Prices in CAD.

Questions people actually ask

We don’t have the source code.

Often recoverable — from servers, from repositories, sometimes from the provider with the right pressure. When it truly isn’t, we’ll tell you what rebuilding actually costs before you spend a dollar.

Is it too far gone?

Almost never. When it genuinely is, that’s the straight answer you’ll get — along with what we’d do in your shoes.
