Your software needs to move. The provider holding it isn't helping.

The host is shutting down, the prices keep climbing, the support went quiet — or you just can't stay where you are. Moving a business's custom software is delicate work, and it's work we do with a flat quote before anything starts.

A scratchboard drawing of a heavy wooden shipping crate strapped to a two-wheeled sack barrow and tilted back ready to move, a blank paper manifest tag hanging from the strap, and a second smaller crate closed on the floor beside it.

What we do

We assess what’s running and what it touches, plan the move down to the DNS and certificates, and migrate it — to infrastructure we manage and watch around the clock, or to yours. Data verified, cutover planned for your quiet hours, the old provider handled with patience or firmness as required. Then it lands on a plan, and somebody is finally watching it.

Proof

A recent migration: a business whose hosting provider had simply stopped answering. No support, no answers, and no way out that anyone would put in writing.

We recovered the code and the access, planned the cutover for their quiet hours, and moved the whole system without losing an hour of trade.

The client’s name is theirs to give, not ours to spend. We’ll put it here the day they say yes.

Over my years working along side Mike, he continues to show that no system is a barrier, whether that be CRM, OMS, ERP, SEO, Commerce platforms, payment gateways, the list goes on.

What it costs

Migration runs $1,000 to $3,500 flat, quoted before we start. Most migrations land on the Care plan after — $750 a month, and nothing preventable ever becomes an emergency again. Prices in CAD.

Questions people actually ask

Will we go down during the move?

The cutover is planned for a window you choose, and most clients’ customers never notice. If a system can’t avoid downtime, you’ll know exactly how much before you approve anything.

What if our current provider won’t cooperate?

We’ve recovered code and access from providers who went quiet, went hostile, or just went missing. There’s a named complexity factor for it, and a lot of patience.

Do we have to host with you?

No. Most choose it, because hosting is how the watching works best — but the exit door stays open both directions, always.
